Organizational Assessment & User Training
A regional Midwest advertising firm contracted Burwood Group to conduct an organization-wide technology and training assessment. Burwood identified opportunities to improve business outcomes with technology initiatives, and increase collaboration between IT and firm leadership.
One of the largest assessment findings was the need for a formalized, organization-wide training strategy including onboarding, technology, and leadership training. In a subsequent initiative, Burwood provided leadership training and workshops and developed a technology training series focused on enhanced productivity using Microsoft Office tools.
