Trista possesses a comprehensive understanding of the contact center field and is regarded as an expert in the industry. Her technical skills encompass the design, implementation, and deployment of Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise, Express, and Cisco Webex Contact Center. Additionally, she possesses extensive knowledge in Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solutions such as Five9's, Nice CXOne, Genesys, Ujet, as well as various 3rd party integration vendors like Verint, Calabrio, CallCabinet, Google CCAI, Nuance CCAI, Epic, CRM platforms (Dynamics 365, ServiceNow, and Salesforce), 2Ring, Bucher + Suter, among others.
