Burwood Group Welcomes Michael Henry as Executive Director
Chicago, IL – February 25th, 2025 – Burwood Group is delighted to welcome Michael Henry as one of our Executive Directors. Mr. Henry is a seasoned technology executive with nearly two decades of experience driving innovation and operational excellence within global organizations.
Mr. Henry joins Burwood Group from UL Solutions, where he most recently served as Senior Director of Transformation and Innovation. In this role he spearheaded strategic planning initiatives across cybersecurity, IT, Enterprise Program Management (EPMO), and digital functions, managing a significant portfolio. His impressive achievements include securing a transformative capital funding project to revolutionize the Field Engineering technology suite through cloud computing innovations.

Beyond his corporate leadership, Mr. Henry is actively involved in the community, serving on the Chicago Board of Directors for Thrive Scholars and as a Board Advisor for EDGe Surgical, Inc. He is also a co-founder of Eidosmed LLC, where he successfully guided a bone-fixation surgery device from concept through FDA approval and ultimately, to market.
Mr. Henry holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Northwestern University and has completed the MIT Technical and Operations Leaders Program at the Sloan School of Management.
