Mark Theoharous

Mark Theoharous is Chief Executive Officer at Burwood Group and founded Burwood in 1997. Mark possesses over 30 years of technology and consulting experience and an extensive background in networking, security, and technology/systems architecture.

It is Mark’s belief that selecting and developing the best people has been the key to Burwood’s success. Mark’s passion for his work and the quality and value of each engagement continue to permeate the Burwood Group organization. His deep skills and knowledge, combined with his industry and consulting experience, have made him a trusted strategic partner.

Mark currently participates in many industry and vendor events and is on the Advisory Board for the CMP Media Institute for Professional Education Division’s Channel Elite MBA program. His previous consulting experience included careers at Andersen Consulting (Accenture) and First Consulting Group. He was also the founding partner of a consultancy in Phoenix, Arizona.

Mark received a B.S. degree in Engineering from Michigan State University and an MBA degree in M.I.S. from Indiana University.
