Beth Cabrera is Vice President of Human Resources at Burwood Group.  With over 15 years of experience, she leads all HR and People functions at Burwood Group which includes Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and Resource Management.  Beth is passionate about Burwood's people and creating team member experiences that make Burwood an exceptional place to work and ensure that the company is creating a culture that attracts and inspires the most passionate and exceptional talent.

Beth is a native of Iowa and studied at the University of Northern Iowa earning her Bachelor's degree in Business Management with an emphasis on Human Resources.  She currently holds the following certifications: RMCP, CPSP, SHRM-SCP, and SPHR.
